INSIDER CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. About the Program

The Herbal Face Food Insider Club (“Insider Club” or the “Program”) is a loyalty rewards program operated by Self Health Revolution LLC, doing business as Herbal Face Food (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), that allows customers to earn points on qualifying activities and redeem those points toward future purchases at herbalfacefood.com. By creating an Insider Club account and/or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to customers who create an Insider Club account and are at least 18 years of age. Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Program and to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

3. How to Earn Points

You can earn Insider Club points in the following ways:

Herbal Face Food may add, remove, or change the ways to earn points, and the number of points awarded for each, at any time. Current point values are also shown in your Insider Club account.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards at a fixed rate of 100 points = $1 in order value, applied toward the rewards available in your Insider Club account. Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined between accounts.

5. Promotions and Exclusions

Insider Club points cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, or promotion, including orders placed during promotional or sale periods, unless we specifically state otherwise. Where a restriction applies to a specific offer, it will be noted on the relevant product or promotion page.

6. Points Expiration

Unused points expire after 12 months of continuous account inactivity, meaning no purchase, redemption, or other qualifying activity during that period. Any qualifying activity resets the 12-month clock. We will email you a reminder before your points are set to expire.

7. Returns and Refunds

If an order that earned points is returned, cancelled, or refunded, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your account. If your account does not have enough points to cover the deduction, the difference may be deducted from points you earn in the future.

8. Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend, or end the Insider Club program, or these Terms, at any time. Where a change would materially reduce the value of points you have already earned, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a reasonable window to redeem or use your existing balance before the change takes effect.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or close an Insider Club account, and any associated points, if we reasonably believe the account has been used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Program.

10. General

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with our general Terms of Use. Any legal action related to the Program shall be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Points are a marketing tool provided at Company's discretion and do not represent any right, title, or property interest.
