Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping (3–6 business days) on all orders in the US. Express shipping is also available (1–3 business days).

*Processing Time (2–5 business days): Shipping time is in addition to regular processing time, which varies between 2–5 business days. For example, if you place an Express or Priority shipping order of 1–3 days, your order will be packaged within 2–5 business days by Herbal Face Food and then picked up by your selected mail carrier and delivered within 1–3 business days (3–8 business days combined).
**Important: All Herbal Face Food orders are processed in the order they are received and are not expedited for express shipping.

All prices on the website are in USD.

International Shipping

  • FREE Economy International Shipping (12–20 business days) on orders over $199 USD.
  • Express International Shipping (2–4 business days) available.

Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our shipping charges.

Canadian Customers: Shipments may be subject to customs, brokerage, and tax fees ranging from $50–$100 CAD.

International shipping normally takes approximately 8–14 days for delivery. However, customs clearance times vary by country and may result in additional delays beyond our control.

Customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

If a package is returned to Herbal Face Food due to unpaid customs, import, or shipping fees, any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping laws differ by country. Customers are responsible for verifying that their country permits shipment of the products ordered.

Herbal Face Food™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from improper international shipping practices.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Herbal Face Food purchase within 60 days of receiving the product, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly exchange your item or refund the full purchase price.

Returns requested between 61–90 days after purchase are eligible for store credit.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  1. Submit your return request via email.
  2. We will verify that your order meets the return requirements.
  3. The product must not have been sold under a final sale or special offer campaign.
  4. Once approved, a return label and instructions will be emailed to you. Returns must be received within 10 days of return label issuance.
  5. After receiving your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, and DHL for domestic and international shipments. USPS is used for our free shipping option. Customers may also choose expedited shipping methods during checkout.
