Shipping 

We offer FREE standard shipping (3-6 business days) on all orders in the US. Express shipping is available as well (1-3 business days). 

*Processing Time (2-5 business days): Shipping time is in addition to regular processing time which varies between 2-5 business days. For example, if you place an Express or Priority shipping order of 1-3 days, your order will be packaged within 2-5 business days by Herbal Face Food, and then your order will be picked up by your selected mail carrier and delivered within 1-3 business days (3-8 business days combined between HFF and mail carrier).

 

**All Herbal Face Food orders are processed in the order they are received and are not expedited for express shipping.

 

International Shipping 

We offer FREE Economy International shipping (12-20 business days) on orders over $199.

We also offer Express International Shipping (2-4 business days).

Customs fees: Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are NOT included in our international shipping fee.

 

International shipping normally takes about 8 to 14 days for you to receive the order.  However, please understand that we do not have any control over the length of time for the shipment to be cleared from your country’s customs. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. If package is returned to Herbal Face Food due to unpaid customs, import, or shipping fees, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your return amount.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  Herbal Face Food™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Herbal Face Food purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to exchange your item or remit your account for the full amount of your purchase price

*Here's the guidelines for you to be eligible for full refund/replacement:

  1. Send us your return request by email or using this link Contact Us
  2. We'll verify your order to see if it meets these following conditions:
  • Products was not sold under final sale or special offer campaign.
  • Exchange request will be granted for product(s) with unbroken seal(s) within 3 days after the product(s) have been received.
  • An RMA will be issued once the return request has been approved and we will send you an email with the mailing address and directions for your return/exchanges. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance.
  • Once we receive the return, refund will be issued within 3 business days.  Please be noticed that it will be showing on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Note: Return shipping fees are non refundable

Shipping Methods
We use USPS/UPS/DHL to ship domestically/internationally. We ship using USPS for our Free Shipping option. We also giving you the option to be able to expedite the shipping to your preference.
